As a small child Megyn found a love for food alongside her father and grandparents who owned and operated restaurants throughout her childhood. Despite her interest in food, she avoided a career in food and beverage in an effort to adhere to the advice of her family! After using food as medicine to combat various chronic health issues in her early twenties, she pursued a health coaching certification from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition where she studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. She served over one hundred clients in the span of 2 years and realized many individuals needed an affordable and nutrient-dense meal service. Morsel has been a labor of love and it is her greatest pleasure to put her passion for healing through food on your doorstep.
