Recipe Resources
Below are a handful of resources that I reference for recipes, however the bulk of my diet is simple (cut fruit in a bowl) and doesn’t require a recipe. Each of you will prefer different foods and levels of complexity. I think you will find what you need in these resources.

Appliances
These are popular raw food appliances. You may enjoy using them, however none are required to succeed on a low-fat, high-fruit diet.
1. Blender – VitaMix or Blendtec for smoothies and soups; I love my Blendtec and have used it daily for years, however I now find myself in a phase of enjoying chewing whole fruit rather than blending and drinking them.
2. Juicer – for vegetable juices; luckily I have a shop nearby that makes excellent green juice so I don’t use my juicer often.
3. Spiralizer – for veggie noodles; I use this occassionally.
4. Dehydrator – had one, sold it. I prefer my fruit and veggies with their water intact.
